Emotional Intelligence! In this short workbook you will learn present moment awareness and tips to stay there. We will look at how to stay in the present moment and not go too far in the future or the past. We will look at mind control as well as questions and techniques to help you stay present and find the silver lining or gratitude in the situation. You will also be getting a "grip" on your emotions by developing awareness of emotions.Specifically you will learn the emotional scale. We will be working with 12 scale everything from Joy, Appreciation, Love all the way to Fear, and anxiety. We will start to develop exercises to climb the emotional scale from lower, depressive states into a higher awareness and a more comfortable emotion. You will learn practical tools like the five second rule as well as understanding what the difference is between Pain versus Pleasure and looking at situational fear versus Psychological fear. We will go through each emotion and its power animal that it is related to. There are insights and questions to give yourself a deeper understanding of yourself and inner awareness.

I highly recommend this course to teens and anyone who has had P.T.S.D. or trauma. Some memories are old and locked in from old experiences that no longer apply. 

My wish is that as we have a more intelligent understanding of our mind and feelings we can begin the healing process to stay in a more peaceful energy. Remember all emotions are good how long we stay in that energy  and if it's practical is what matters.
